Cold Plunge and Sauna: By using the cold plunge and sauna facilities provided at this short-term rental property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that the use of the cold plunge and sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, overheating, hypothermia, allergic reactions, and infections. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of these facilities. Health and Safety: You certify that you are in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent you from safely using the cold plunge and sauna. You agree to follow all posted guidelines, safety instructions, and usage rules provided by the property owner or manager. Supervision: If you are bringing children or individuals requiring supervision, you agree to provide adequate supervision at all times while they are not allowed in the plunge and sauna. NO children under the age of 18. Limitation of Liability: The property owner or manager shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the cold plunge and sauna, including but not limited to bodily injuries, property damage, or medical expenses. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner or manager from any and all liability arising from your use of these facilities. Maintenance and Inspection: The property owner or manager undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain the cold plunge and sauna in safe and sanitary conditions. However, you understand that these facilities may be subject to occasional maintenance, cleaning, or repair activities. You agree to cooperate with any such activities and acknowledge that temporary unavailability of the facilities shall not entitle you to any refunds or compensation. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to use the cold plunge and sauna in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the facilities and potential legal consequences.

The property is on a well system, and it has top of the line reverse osmosis system. However, there still may be a slight smell or different taste to the water. We have a filtered water available in the gym if you prefer that. We are here to make your experience as memorable as possible, so reach out if you want anything special.
